1. Eligibility
Deville's Den is an adults-only service open to individuals aged 20 and over, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, body type, or background. By accessing this website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are at least 20 years of age. While there is no maximum age restriction, an internal upper age limit of 100 is observed for practical and safety reasons. Deville's Den reserves the right to cancel any booking where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. Date of birth is confirmed once, when a client profile is created, for verification purposes.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All sessions are by appointment only and are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once Adonis Nistiri has responded in writing (via your preferred contact method) to acknowledge it. Same-day appointments are available to everyone, subject to a minimum of two hours' notice. Adonis reserves the right to decline any booking request without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Payment Policy
All sessions are settled either online in advance through a secure checkout, or in cash on arrival at the Den. No deposit is required to request or confirm a booking. Where a voucher code has been applied, the discounted session is settled in cash on arrival. Online payments are handled entirely by Stripe; Deville's Den never sees or stores your card details.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Adonis directly via your preferred contact method. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without providing at least 12 hours' notice constitutes a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the full session fee may be charged at Adonis's discretion. Repeated no-shows will result in the permanent revocation of booking privileges.
6. Services
Deville's Den offers three sessions: Classic (30 minutes, £60), Premium (60 minutes, £120) and Deluxe (90 minutes, £180). Your choice of body oil is included in every session at no additional cost. What a session becomes is discussed and agreed with Adonis in person, before the session begins, and nothing is guaranteed upfront. Adonis reserves the right to decline any specific request deemed outside safe or appropriate practice.
7. Conduct & Boundaries
All sessions are conducted within boundaries established prior to or at the start of each session. No insertions of any kind will be performed on Adonis at any time. Adonis reserves the right to terminate any session immediately and without refund if these policies are breached, if the client behaves in an unsafe or disrespectful manner, or if any boundary established pre-session is violated.
8. Opening Hours
Sessions begin from 12:00 and the Den closes at 22:00, seven days a week. All bookings are by appointment only.
9. Vouchers
From time to time Deville's Den releases voucher codes offering a discount on a session. A live voucher is shown on the Home and Services pages with its code, and the code is entered at the final step of booking. Each voucher carries its own terms — the sessions it applies to, any minimum session price, the dates it runs between, and how many times it may be used. A voucher cannot be combined with another voucher. Because the online checkout links are fixed, a discounted session is settled in cash on arrival.
10. Voucher Redemption
A voucher code is redeemed at the point of booking, and the discount is applied to the session total there and then. Codes are single-use per client unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are withdrawn once their date or redemption limit is reached. A voucher has no cash value and is not transferable without Adonis's agreement.
11. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, injuries, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to their session. This includes any condition that may be affected by massage oils or physical contact. Deville's Den reserves the right to modify or decline a session on health and safety grounds. Sessions will not proceed if either party is unwell.
12. Location & Accessibility
All sessions are incall, held at the Den in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The exact address is shared only upon confirmed booking to protect client privacy and is never displayed publicly. Plenty of parking is available nearby. The building has a discreet entrance with no concierge and no cameras. The Den is a fully equipped massage salon with a sturdy table, fresh clean towels, and a choice of premium body oils. To preserve its discreet, boutique character, the Den is reached via stairs with no lift; clients with specific mobility needs are asked to mention this so Adonis can advise honestly before booking.
13. Discretion
Deville's Den operates with complete discretion. Client identities, session details, and personal information are never disclosed to any third party. We ask that clients extend the same courtesy — please do not share the incall address, session details, or any identifying information about the Den or its operator.
14. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Every session includes your choice of body oil at no additional cost. Voucher discounts are applied to the session price at the time of booking and cannot be combined with one another.
15. Age Verification & Refusal of Service
Deville's Den reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a client is found to be under 20, the session will be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued. Deville's Den also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate communication, breach of these terms, or concerns about safety.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
